April Schooley, LPN | Clinical Supervisor

April is a New Jersey native and received her Nursing Degree from Middlesex County Vocational School in 1991. She has been with our practice for more than eighteen years. April is IV Certified and holds a certificate in Anti-Coagulation Management. She works closely with Dr. Price and oversees the nursing staff, where her strong sense of duty and dedication to take great care of patients drives her to excellence. Her philosophy to learn as much as she can from every life experience, gives her the ability to provide help to those who cannot help themselves and comfort each patient in just the right way. In her spare time, April enjoys playing pickleball and traveling in her RV.

Ashley Hart, RN, BSN | Registered Nurse

Ashley graduated from Santa Fe College in 2012, with her RN degree and then received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UCF in 2014. She is a Sarasota native and has been with the practice for more than six years. Ashley is the primary nurse for Dr. Travnicek and is passionate about her work. Nothing brings her more joy than seeing the positive impact she’s had on a patient’s journey while working with a medical group that focuses on wellness, prevention, and close patient relationships. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys quality time with her husband, two children, and their Sphynx cats.

Karrie Layton, MA

Karrie has been a certified Medical Assistant for Dr. Price for more than five-years, and received her certification in Phlebotomy in 2015. Her dedication to personalized patient care is exceptional, and she goes out of her way to make sure you feel wanted, supported and welcomed at every visit. She finds her role extremely satisfying and enjoys being able to both socialize with and educate her patients while helping them on the road to health maintenance and recovery. In her spare time Karrie enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and dogs.

Jeanne Marinelli, BSHA, CPC | Practice Manager

Jeanne received her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration in 2011 from the University of Phoenix. She has completed classes in billing and coding and is a certified as a Professional Coder through the American Academy of Professional Coders. Jeanne has been working with Dr Price and Dr Travnicek for twenty years, and is vital part of Concierge Medical Services. She knows how important it is to help patients get the best care possible in the best setting for the individual. When Jeanne is not working she enjoys reading and traveling with her husband.

Ellen Treasone | Scheduling Coordinator

Ellen has lived in Sarasota for twenty-five years, and has worked with the practice for nineteen years. Ellen has great attention to detail, and you can count on her to ease you through your schedule, making certain you understand what the next step is for your health. She understands the importance of her role, since she is the first point of contact for patients when they are scheduling their appointments. She finds it rewarding to be able to help patients and ensure their needs are met. When Ellen isn’t working she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with friends.

Wendy O’Hare | Patient Advocate

Wendy graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Radiologic Technology in 1984 and has more than thirty-two years experience in the medical field in a variety of roles. She has found working with people to be an essential part of her life, and chose the patient advocate position because it gives her the opportunity to help others. She enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them work through challenging conditions and enjoys their appreciation for her assistance. In her spare time Wendy can be found working in her garden or kayaking.

Ashlyn Phillips | Receptionist

Ashlyn has more than six years experience working as a medical receptionist. She has an AA and is currently completing her next degree at USF. Ashlyn was drawn to Concierge Medical Services because of their compassion for their patients as well as their employees, which makes for a great and supportive work environment. She enjoys working with patients of all ages facing a variety of challenges. As a native Floridian, Ashlyn grew up in Sarasota and when she’s not working she enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends and reading.
